Motivation
I want to track static analysis results and test coverage to visualize code quality.
Changes
Deployed SonarCloud to measure static-analysis results and unit-test coverage, using the pull_request_target event and giving it the static-analytics label, as it requires access to the SONAR_TOKEN secret. Also, when the master branch is pushed, it is done automatically.
