Vue 2.0

When I go through your great tutorial, I find vue init webpack has adopted Vue 2.0, as half an year has passed since the release of Vue 2.0 at Apr. 27. So I take some time to upgrade to Vue 2.0.

P.S. I use vue init webpack-simple actually.

This is great, thanks for it! The only issue is that the tutorial itself uses Vue 1.x code snippets. Would you be willing to update the snippets in the tutorial?
