Merged 2 upstream commits (7ab06be..c45b2c6) containing PR chenyme#291: - Video generation API refactor (video.py +1672/-887 lines) - Upscale timing config, exception handling enhancements - Frontend UI updates (cache/token/config pages, i18n, video player) - Documentation and version bumps No conflicts — fork customizations (serverless config sync) fully preserved.
