I’m a behavioral strategist with a technical mindset.
I analyze how people and teams actually behave inside products and organizations — then design structural changes that improve outcomes. When needed, I prototype or build to validate and implement those changes. My technical background allows me to move from diagnosis to implementation without losing context.
- Map behavior (users, teams, incentives, constraints)
- Identify leverage points
- Design structural changes
- Validate through data, prototypes, or controlled rollout
- Measure outcomes and iterate
I’m less interested in feature velocity and more interested in outcome velocity.
I use engineering to prototype, validate, and implement high-leverage changes.
Frontend: JavaScript, React, Next.js, CSS
Data & Systems: SQL, relational data modeling, API integration
Workflow: Git, cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation systems
I’m also a musician and former educator.
Music theory and composition trained me to analyze structure, anticipate progression, and refine complex systems over time. That training shapes how I approach product design, team workflows, and behavioral strategy today.

I’m looking for roles and projects where I can:
- Improve product and team behavior at a systems level
- Reduce friction across workflows
- Translate ambiguity into operational clarity
- Bridge technical teams and strategic decision-makers
