Running the Script (run_analysis.R)

• Assumption : The UCI HAR Dataset should be unzipped and placed in the subfolder named "UCI HAR Dataset"
• The dataset can be found here [https://d396qusza40orc.cloudfront.net/getdata%2Fprojectfiles%2FUCI%20HAR%20Dataset.zip]
• To run the script, adjust the setpwd() to the where the script is downloaded and the extracted data resides as described above
• The output file is named step5.txt which contains a data set of the means of all the columns per test subject and per activity
• Information about the variables can be found in the CodeBook.md file
