LinkedIn has been updated for the new layout
Addresses now are entered to comply with Google's new geoencoder rules.
All websites are now added as contact urls. But, if a website says "Company Website" in LinkedIn, it is added to the URL of the lead itself.
Descriptions of all sizes are now handled, since LinkedIn has some incredibly weird truncation rules and formats.
That should do it!
