stompsjo/RadClass:labelproptocnerg/RadClass:labelprop. I will close #45 and copy its contents here for review.This introduces a new class called
LabelPropwhich can be used for semi-supervised machine learning with the Scikit-learn implementation of LabelProp. This includes typical scikit-learn-esque methods like train and predict as well as methods for hyperparameter optimization and saving the model to file.
