This PR introduces a new 'go-service' component that is functionally analogous to the existing 'spring-boot-service'. It now includes support for PostgreSQL and MongoDB, using the same configuration parameters as the Java service. The logic for data retrieval and saving is implemented to prioritize the database if configured, otherwise falling back to upstream services or dummy data generation. All comments and log messages have been translated to English for consistency.
