Update docs to reference graph-sitter instead of codegen package

This PR updates the documentation to reflect the package rename from codegen to graph-sitter.

Changes Made

Import Statement Updates

• Updated all import statements from codegen.* to graph_sitter.*
• Updated imports in:
  • building-with-graph-sitter/imports.mdx
  • building-with-graph-sitter/parsing-codebases.mdx
  • building-with-graph-sitter/traversing-the-call-graph.mdx
  • graph-sitter/getting-started.mdx
  • introduction/advanced-settings.mdx
  • introduction/api.mdx
  • introduction/getting-started.mdx

Documentation Text Updates

• Changed package references from "codegen" to "graph-sitter" in documentation text
• Updated function decorator descriptions to reference "graph-sitter SDK"
• Changed bot references from codegen[bot] to graph-sitter[bot] in attributions

Preserved References

• Maintained all references to "Codegen, Inc." as the company name (as requested)
• Kept .codegen/ directory references unchanged as they represent the current filesystem structure
• Preserved GitHub organization references (codegen-sh)
• Kept codegen.sh domain references unchanged

Files Modified

• 16 files updated with 54 insertions and 54 deletions
• All changes maintain backward compatibility for directory structures and company references

This ensures the documentation accurately reflects the new package name while preserving important company and infrastructure references.
