Release 10.2.0-rc3.0

What does this do?
This updates the package version to 10.2.0-rc3.0 to signify the next release. No need to update the changelog.

It also updates the cspace-input dependency to 2.1.1: npm update cspace-input. The package-lock.json file now includes the latest version.

When the PR is merged and the develop branch is merged to main we can publish the relevant draft release https://github.com/collectionspace/cspace-ui.js/releases/edit/untagged-3bb421bf4eb473b4a534
