Add The Beaches sub-hub and three Duval Beach location pages

Motivation

• Expand the Duval County / The Beaches cluster with city-level pages to improve local relevance and internal linking for Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, and Jacksonville Beach.
• Keep changes minimal and consistent with the existing HydroSeal location-page structure and SEO conventions to avoid layout regressions.

Description

• Created three new child pages under service-areas/duval-county/the-beaches/: atlantic-beach.html, neptune-beach.html, and jacksonville-beach.html, each with unique H1, title, meta description, canonical (extensionless public URL), OG/Twitter tags, JSON-LD (LocalBusiness/Service/BreadcrumbList/FAQPage), localized copy, CTAs, and FAQs.
• Added a new Beaches sub-hub page at service-areas/duval-county/the-beaches.html with a hub hero, intro, and three cards linking to the new city pages, plus related-service links.
• Updated service-areas/duval-county/index.html so the Duval “The Beaches” card points to the new /service-areas/duval-county/the-beaches hub, and ensured each city page links back to the Duval hub, the Beaches hub, sibling pages, /paver-sealing/driveways, /paver-sealing/pool-decks, and /.
• Reused existing site patterns for header/trustbar/hero/services/cards/CTA/FAQ, avoided new dependencies, and kept layouts/spacing consistent with other location pages.

Testing

• Verified file presence and links with targeted search: rg checks for canonical, new pages, and internal service links (passed).
• Served the site locally with python3 -m http.server 4173 and captured a visual verification screenshot using Playwright (screenshot artifact produced successfully).
• Committed the changes and confirmed a clean commit containing the three new pages and the hub update (commit succeeded).
