Add repository-based technical & local SEO audit (SEO_AUDIT.md)

Motivation

• Provide a repository-level, crawl-style technical and local SEO audit for the HydroSeal static site to identify indexing, architecture, and local ranking blockers and produce a safe, prioritized remediation plan.

Description

• Added SEO_AUDIT.md which contains a full crawl simulation and crawl tree, site architecture review, page-by-page technical checks (titles, metas, canonicals, robots, OG/Twitter, JSON-LD, H1s, alt text), sitemap/indexing parity, doorway-page risk analysis, internal-link authority analysis, prioritized P0/P1/P2 issues, quick wins, and a safe execution order; no other files were modified.

Testing

• Executed automated repository scans and simulations (custom Python crawl and metadata/schema scanners, sitemap parity check, and targeted rg/sed checks such as python - <<'PY' ... scan scripts, rg searches for metadata and sitemap entries, and cat robots.txt/sed -n inspections) and validated the results were produced and recorded in SEO_AUDIT.md (all checks completed successfully).
