CRAFT-2131 - feat(migration): add ui-kit to nimbus migration mapping data

Summary

• Adds packages/nimbus-mcp/src/data/uikit-migration.ts with migration mapping data for ~80 UI Kit components, cross-referenced against the UI Kit source repository
• Each entry includes: Nimbus equivalent, import path, mapping type (direct | variant | compound | pattern), prop change notes sourced from actual UI Kit prop types, and a breaking changes list

*Note the migration data was taken from the tab Migration for 2132
The following have not been included at this time:

Test plan

• Verify coverage: ~80 UI Kit component entries are present
• Spot-check a few entries against the UI Kit source to confirm prop notes are accurate
