Summary

Removes the UndoRedo Storybook story, which tested undo/redo functionality for the rich text input component (rich-text-input.stories.tsx), that has been flaky.

Note: The OnChangeCallback remains and should be monitored; it may have been fixed by a recent PR but has also been flaky.
