Trying to fix showing documentation of password library

As advised in #7265, I've added some flags for the password package to hopefully have the documentation of the modules that are behind those flags to show up on stackage.org

Build fails on:

postgresql-binary-0.15 (changelog) is out of bounds for:

• hasql-1.9.3.1 (>=0.14.2 && < 0.15). Used by: library

(removes tags, since I don't want to ping someone if we don't have to)

Merged. (Build failure was unrelated.)

Check the docs for the next nightly (2025-11-08) and open an issue if there are still problems. But from what I can see it did create the html for those modules now so they should go up with the next upload.

I created #7871 to track an issue with these modules not appearing on the package overview page even though docs for those modules has in fact been uploaded and they are accessible if you know where to look.
