…with new visualization module
- Merged config.m: Combined tracer parameters with upstream live visualization settings
- Merged simulate.m: Updated to use new visualization('final', ...) API with tracer support
- Replaced visualize_final.m with upstream's consolidated visualization.m module
- Added tracer particle overlay support to all visualization plots (vorticity, U, V, |V|)
- Maintained backward compatibility with optional tracers parameter
- Tested: Tracer system works correctly with merged codebase
