Rebranding to LCI

This PR is for an initial rebrand toward being the Center for Learning, Computing, and Imagination.

It should not yet be merged to main.

Before that happens we, minimally, need to secure lci.uw.edu.

Just to follow up on our conversation at gathering today with some more feedback:

• We'll likely revert the CNAME changes and stick with computinged.uw.edu
• The revisions all seem fine to me, though I think we need to resolve whether the center is the primary framing and efforts like STEP CS and ACE are part of it, or separate spaces. (STEP CS is one thing to resolve now, since the page lives on this site).
• I should replace lablets with Wordplaypen.

Anything else to revise before a merge?

I’d prefer Center to be primary.
Could then hang stepcs and ace off that (e.g. /stepcs). Or request stepcs.uw.edu….

Sounds good to me. I'll wait on merging until I hear from you about mission, etc.
