Add Name tag and dynamic tag blocks to the sensor autoscaling group to ensure tags are properly propagated to EC2 instances at launch. This enables better resource identification and organization of sensor instances within the ASG.

When the ASG creates sensors, it currently creates them with no name, which can be a bit jarring when browsing the EC2 console.
This change will dynamically add a Name tag to the created ec2 instances. Each instance will receive the same name tag, but at least it will be more clear as to what ASG an instance is part of.
