This commit introduces a new splash page for the website, enhancing the initial user experience. It also includes the addition of the `three.js` library, likely for future 3D visualizations or interactive elements. The layout has been updated to conditionally render the header and footer, making them appear only on pages other than the homepage. New components like `FloatingNav`, `SplashHero`, `FeaturedProject`, `SplashSponsors`, `SplashAbout`, `SplashSchedule`, `SplashRules`, `SplashFAQ`, and `SplashOrganisers` have been added to populate the splash page. The `app.css` has been modified to style the splash page, and the `package.json` has been updated to include the `three` dependency. Co-authored-by: jeremy <jeremy@intern.isara.io>
