- SpecialIndex atom for element-wise matrix indexing: x[cbind(r,c)], x[logical_mask], x[linear_indices]
- 15 solvers: added SCIP and XPRESS
- Updated vignettes (whats_new, cvxr_intro) for v1.8.2
- solver_opts added to pkgdown index
- Index tests included in CRAN test subset (229 pass, 0 fail)
- Revdep 36/36 OK, benchmarks stable (median 5.24s over 10 runs)
- Rebuilt pkgdown site
