Quite the rework. Basically ditching the old Image and Model collections in favour of a new
FileTypeenum and aFileType->[Url]mapNote that while technically it didn't need to bump the pak VER value (as the import command remains agnostic), doing so means we can identify ones built with the old VER and attempt to import sensibly
