Add support for ClickHouse session settings configuration

Overview

This PR adds support for configuring ClickHouse session settings through the Laravel configuration file, enabling users to work with nested JSON data and other ClickHouse features that require specific settings.

Problem

Users were unable to store and read nested JSON arrays in ClickHouse columns. ClickHouse requires the allow_experimental_object_type setting to be enabled when working with the JSON/Object data type, but there was no way to configure this setting through the package.

Solution

Added a new settings configuration option that allows users to specify ClickHouse session settings. These settings are automatically applied to the client when it's instantiated.

Testing

All existing tests pass, and new tests verify that settings are correctly applied to the ClickHouse client.
