No timeout on traceroutes #4

Lovinbg Plai so far, thanks! One issue I've noted is that you can essentially spam traceroutes with no timeout in place between each successful transmission.
On Meshtastic, this is set to 30 seconds, which technically anyone can get around by editing the source code and building themselves, but it acts as a potection to stop the whole mesh from getting spammed with requests.
To fall in line with the best practices for the health of meshes, would it be possible to add in a timer of 30 seconds between each attempt at performing a traceroute?
