Code for Cascade Mountain Range lake ice phenology study. Lakes used in this study were obtained from the National Hydrography Dataset (https://apps.nationalmap.gov/downloader/). A clean dataset of the specific lakes used in this study (as described in Section 2.1 of the primary Manuscript) are available on request (vandevod@oregonstate.edu)
