Remove auto deploy

Also only run project generate config when
no .conveyor folder is found

  • Update the root README.md to include the sample
  • Update the sample README.md to have clear setup instructions (see CONTRIBUTING.md)
  • Using the conveyor-samples aws role
  • Airflow dags are prefixed with samples_
  • No .conveyor folder checked-in by mistake
