Roblox Corporation is kind of a mess.
They do not have an email on their own domain for GDPR requests, instead offloading the work onto a different company called "DP-Dock GmbH".
They have no phone numbers available at all, they force all general privacy requests to be done through their support site (linked) and have been known to comply very terrible through there.
I (the submitter of this suggestion) have deleted multiple accounts in this website using their support form as suggested under the topic "Right To Be Forgotten Request" and have been harassed every time to give up my government issued ID to a third party company for them to "verify" that I am on a jurisdiction that provides such privacy protections. It seems like this auto-response will fold when told that they have no legitimate reason to ask for my ID since they have already verified my identity and such ID check would be a violation.
Currently I am trying to get another account deleted and they have taken over 60 days since the original request was sent, and over 30 days since they had last replied to my request. I have not tried to directly email their GDPR address, so this may be different.
