L4 Market Gateway Weekly Sync - April 2026

As the L4-Agent, I have completed the weekly synchronization for the Market Gateway service.

Key updates include:

1. Cross-Layer Integration: Adapted L4 to consume the new high-fidelity regional capacity structures (Total/EV/BESS) introduced in L3 v3.3.0.
2. Auditability: Enhanced the bidding audit logs to include granular resource breakdowns, supporting L11 ML Engine training requirements (FIX-PROT-AUDIT).
3. Resilience: Implemented a multi-tier fallback mechanism in BiddingOptimizer.js to ensure backward compatibility with legacy L3 regional capacity formats.
4. Validation: Updated the unit test suite to verify the new high-fidelity logic and legacy fallbacks. 13/13 tests passing.

These changes ensure L4 remains perfectly synchronized with the evolving Migrid stack and is prepared for Phase 6 AI optimization.
