This was mostly wrangling configure files, but I had to generate a copy of the rc72 core that Apple's clang would accept. I used a script from libav to do so; I don't know if there's a cleaner way to handle this.
I confirmed that this builds on Mac OS X, ios ARM64 (which was broken before), and Linux/amd64, although Ubuntu's GCC breaks configure.
