Added some mpv examples. Fixed a bug introduced in v0.9 where the "station move" check broke the normal station select dialog redraw.

This release will adjust the default item number in the station selector dialog if the data changes on the internet. It also includes an example using SMPlayer as a popup player in it's own window. SMPlayer shows the artist and song name from the metadata in the stream which can be nice. It also has a volume control which can be handy when using a minimalist Window Manager.

Bug fix release. Fix backsplash text for autoplay. Try to find codec (from hints in the URL or playlist) to pick the best play command for that codec. This is useful for limited systems like the zipit where multiple small players can save memory at runtime over one large player that does everything.
