The aim of the mitolin project is to use bioinformatics pipelines (e.g. gatk) and machine learning models (e.g. sklearn dendogram) to determine cancer tumor cell lineages using single cell mitochondrial sequence data.
mitolin is the first of deepcelllineage's projects.
