This set of files should streamline the setup of decode345 for anyone running it on machine where Virtual Machines can be used (e.g. not a RaspberryPi). The configuration enables users who first install Vagrant and VirtualBox to install decode345 and all dependencies in a more automated fashion, with minimal configuration.
