This PR introduces Jupyter notebooks for systematically testing Titiler-CMR compatibility across all CMR collections with NetCDF-4 format.
Notebook 1: CMR Collection Discovery
Queries CMR API to retrieve all NetCDF-4 collections with metadata (concept IDs, temporal coverage, variables).
Notebook 2: Titiler-CMR Compatibility Testing
Runs compatibility testing for all collections and concept IDs with automated retry logic for timeouts and error handling.
