…d `bands` metadata - replace `proj:epsg` with `proj:code` to align with Projection extension 2.0.0
thumbnails (via role or ql in name), sets
correct roles (thumbnail, overview), and
strips irrelevant spectral/spatial metadata.
* Property Cleaning: Moves proj:* properties
from the Item level to the Asset level (where
they belong according to best practices).
* Metadata Cleaning: Ensures metadata assets
don't carry conflicting spatial information.
* Geometry Fixing: Uses antimeridian to fix
geometries crossing the 180th meridian.
