How to Install?

1. Download and install Java Runtime Environment Download Here
2. Click CBNHS-SH.exe to install the app Follow the on screen instructions

4. Run the program as admin

To configure the desktop shortcut to run as admin

1. Right click on the shortcut file then click properties then advance

2. A Pop Up Dialog will show => click the checkbox "Run as Administrator" then click Ok
