• Remove plugin
• Update docker-compose
• Remove zone-identifiers
• Test minimal setup with MOSIP ANC and NEHR IG
• Rename ehr
• Write up detailed documentation on what the example includes
• Replace db-dump with Sierra Leone database including RMNCH Tracker
• Load ips-package.tgz to HAPI FHIR server
• Configure reference implementation to point to new dhis2 db and ips-package

Update fhir sync agent:

• Remove current Patient mapping
• Update route set-up
• Streamline mapping approach - define helper functions for mapping key elements
• Set up instructions within datasonnet transformation
• Fix SQ issues
