Do not use this brake as a replacement for the primary brake. It is only a hobby brake, with no guarantees, and is a prototype not intended for production or actual use. PacnerBros do not guarantee its functionality and assume no responsibility for any issues that may arise.

First, have the PCB manufactured with partial component assembly. Then mount the purchased modules onto the board (see the electrical section). After that, all components must be connected.
To upload the firmware, connect motherboard to PC and upload all the folders from the github repository. Then open the configuration file “rembrake core”. At the beginning, you will find variables that can be modified.
In the config you can set the number of steps, step time and servo rotation angle. Warning: during the first startup, the servo may rotate and damage the casing! For this reason, always power on with the servo removed.
For the first startup, you can pair the remote control (using the button on the main board) — first press the pairing button on the board, then press the button on the remote. The remote should now be paired.
To avoid damaging the fuse on the board, the servo angle must be increased gradually! Do not exceed a current draw of 3A for about 5 seconds.
The output can be monitored in the console (e.g., via Putty) when the brake is connected.

LED bar on the brake is flashing (error) – CPU did not start > restart the system.
Is the brake charged? Connect a USB charger or a computer and then disconnect it; this will restart the brake.
Brake does not light up or respond > charge it (the LED bar may remain off, but the power LED should light up immediately after connection. After approx. 30 minutes, the LED bar should turn on).
Brake does not respond to the remote control > replace the battery in the remote.
Brake shuts down by itself, or the LED bar starts flashing > motor drive overheating or battery discharge.
User button not working > disconnect and reconnect the connector > restart the brake > try another button > does the remote control work? > is the servo still functional?
Charging does not work > check whether the charging module on the main board is working: when the battery balance connector is unplugged, the brake should start flashing an error indicating that the battery is missing.
