@IEvangelist , we also need to mark the EventStore package as Obsolete in the docs (https://github.com/dotnet/docs-aspire/blob/main/docs/community-toolkit/hosting-eventstore.md)

I'm not sure how you would like to proceed with this though, since I believe this will be the very first obsolete package.

This PR needs a TOC entry for the new article. Also, for obsoletion, we did have one for SWA, but I think we just removed the article with a redirect to the GH issue/PR that made it obsolete.

All good. I found the PR removing SWA here #4038

Can I do the same with EventStore in this PR here, or do you prefer a new PR?
