Hi @dqrobotics/developers,

This PR extends the functionalities of the DQRoboticsApiCommandServer.lua by allowing the selection of arbitrary reference frames for get_center_of_mass() and get_inertia(). You can see its application in the pull request I previously made for matlab-examples.

Furthermore, I preserved the signature of the methods in the old DQRoboticsApiCommandServer.lua. Thus, the modifications in this PR won't change how older examples work.
