• Adding progress_bar documentation to stable>client>cli>dot_commands.
• Adds 2 examples for progress bar components.
• Adds additional .gif files for visual reference of the components.
• Includes supplemental information for getting and setting progress bar related settings.
• Included some updates to the page for nesting existing headers (h2 -> h3).
