hmm. IIUC this would only happen if you are using a custom built CentOS image? The ones from official CentOS mirrors don't have this problem? |

I wouldn't say that negates it, this simply supports users that have installed epel but disabled it by default. |

I didn't say it negates it. Just trying to understand how a user would end up here. I'll consider this the next time I do a batch of updates. |

epel.repomight have settingenabled=0so that packages are not quietly installed from it.
