Improve data management and conversation browsing UX

Summary

• add ZIP-based app data export/import with per-profile files inside the archive
• open the exported file location automatically and require confirmation before destructive history clears
• fix external link handling and profile creation edge cases in settings
• add reversible message ordering and turn badges to make conversation threads easier to inspect
• improve toast readability for export/import feedback
