Summary

Complete rewrite of README.md and key documentation to make it clearer how to use Claude Code Sidekick in different scenarios.

Changes

README.md

  • Scenario-based structure: 'How to Use' section with clear paths:
    • Starting a new project (CLI)
    • Adding to an existing project
    • Using multi-model AI tools only
  • Common Workflows section with 5 real-world examples
  • Quick Reference tables for commands and env vars
  • Removed marketing fluff, focused on practical usage
  • Added comparison table vs Cursor/Copilot

docs/QUICKSTART.md (NEW)

  • Ultra-fast getting started (< 5 min)
  • Three clear paths based on user intent
  • Immediate value with minimal reading

docs/guides/getting-started.md

  • Rewritten with 'What are you trying to do?' approach
  • Each scenario links to the right next step
  • FAQ section for common questions
  • Removed confusing configuration details

Before/After

Before: Wall of marketing text, features listed but not actionable

After: 'I want to X' → 'Do Y' format, immediately useful
