Add more Filtering Options

Currently the only filter is to hide finished files and the implementation is a bit weird (Button with Checkbox - thanks past me xD). I implemented that, because i needed it personally, but now i want do do it properly :)

I restyled the no location selected message to look like the ones of most other apps.

I implemented the new filtering stuff, but it doesn't work yet, because vue.js doesn't react to changes of the progress() function of the flow files. I will try to find a solution

Status: I am currently working a lot on other projects. I plan to finish this this at some Point but it will take a while.

By the way: I changed my username from TessyPowder to @JonathanTreffler. I (manually) updated all previous @ mentions of my old username in Issues and PRs in this respository.
