openclaw svg on prod links correctly, cleans up the v2 hotfix we attempted.

Low risk documentation asset cleanup: only updates an icon reference and removes an unused SVG file, with minimal chance of affecting anything beyond image rendering.

Overview
Updates the OpenClaw agent doc frontmatter to reference images/icons/openclaw.svg instead of the temporary openclaw-v2.svg asset.

Removes the now-unused images/icons/openclaw-v2.svg file to clean up the previous hotfix.

Do we wanna get rid of the extra openclaw page cause of indexing?

We can setup temporary redirect in docs.json in case it is already indexed, and when we decide to use the page name, we can just remove the redirect and release the page.
