Updates the AnimatedGIFs submodule from ff6101a to 5e80d89, incorporating many improvements including: - ESP32 compatibility and memory optimizations - SmartMatrix 3.0/4.0 support - Bug fixes for corrupted columns and LZW decoding - Arduino Library Manager compatibility - Improved GIF delay accuracy - Better documentation and configuration options
