Migrate Lifecycle showcase to use the new launch manager configuration format
Lifecycle PR eclipse-score/lifecycle#110 introduces a new simpler way to configure the launch manager.
This PR updates the lifecycle showcase to remove the old configuration files and configure the same scenario in the new format.
