📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

This pull request updates pinned versions for eight development dependencies in dev-requirements.txt and pyproject.toml, including opentelemetry-opamp-client from 0.1b0 to 0.2b0. Corresponding to the opamp-client version upgrade, the codebase refactors callback class imports and inheritance: Callbacks is replaced with OpAMPCallbacks in the production code and test suite. Method signatures and control flow remain unchanged.
