Add hardware accelerated hashing support for MCXA family with SGI (Secure Generic Interface) support.

Currently supports three modes: 1) blocking, 2) Streaming multi-part and 3) async via DMA.

Only supports CNSA 2.0 compliant hash sizes (i.e. 384 and 512).
