LGTM, but I want to point out that moving the player expresser to a new class seems dangerous. We should test this for save/restore as well as test to make sure there's no effect on existing responses

This PR changes the E:Z2 player's expresser to the followup expresser, allowing it to dispatch followups. It also adds a previously missing hook for followups to check AI speech conditions.
Progenitors needs this for player followup taunts.
