ML-based E/Gamma Classification

Setup

1. Fork or clone this repository.

2. Download data.zip from the link below and unzip the file. Locate the repository data in this repository EGamma. https://cernbox.cern.ch/index.php/s/FcZUD9iOrS0IzYy

3. Open EGamma_ML.ipynb and run the cells. You might need to install some packages (see pytorch.yml) if you don't already have them in the environment you are running it.
